The Tektronix 8010 High Power Device Test Fixture enables safe, accurate characterization of packaged high-power electronic components rated up to 3000V and 100A. It accommodates SourceMeter SMU instruments in a mixed configuration—one high-voltage unit, up to two high-current units, and up to three low-power units—with integrated protection circuits shielding lower-voltage instruments from high-voltage faults. The fixture supports 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-terminal device topologies and provides full interlock capability across up to six SourceMeter SMU instruments.
