The Abaco Systems VMIVME-2120-122 is a VMEbus-compatible double Eurocard delivering 64 channels of high-voltage digital output for industrial control and instrumentation systems. Open-collector output drivers source up to 600 mA sink current and support output voltages from 5 VDC to 55 VDC, making this board suitable for relay activation, solenoid control, and incandescent load switching. Eight independently addressable 8-bit registers enable flexible data transfer in 8-, 16-, or 32-bit configurations across jumper-selectable short supervisory or nonprivileged I/O address space. A dedicated Control Status Register (CSR) with independent address mapping optimizes memory efficiency and software control flow.
