The XVME-977 is a VMEbus storage module that integrates hard drive and floppy disk interfaces into a single double-high card slot, enabling data storage and retrieval in legacy industrial and embedded systems. The module routes IDE and floppy drive signals through the P2 connector and draws power from the VMEbus P1 connector, making it compatible with standard 6U VMEbus card cages and processor modules such as the XVME-654 and XVME-655.
