The Aeroflex/Tektronix CDS 53B IAC System is a modular, card-based test platform built on the CDSbus architecture for evaluating avionics and communication systems. The 53B mainframe provides 12 slots for CDS 53A measurement and function cards, reducing equipment costs, software development complexity, and overall system footprint. Control is achieved through external computer interfaces or an optional internal single-board computer (CDS Advanced Computer System ACX).
