The Agilent/Keysight 10073B is a passive 10:1 attenuation probe for general-purpose oscilloscope measurements across DC to 500 MHz signals. With input impedance of 2.2 MΩ || ~12 pF and system risetime under 700 ps, it delivers accurate signal reproduction for analog circuit characterization and troubleshooting. The probe accepts maximum inputs of 500 V DC + peak AC (CAT I mains isolated) or 300 V (CAT II post receptacle mains), with peak AC ratings of 500 Vpk CAT I and 400 Vpk CAT II.

The 10073B pairs with Agilent 54615B and 54616B/C oscilloscopes. It is suitable for Keysight 300 MHz – 1 GHz 6000 series, 7000, 8000, and 9000 series oscilloscopes. When used with 50 Ω oscilloscope inputs, the E2697A 1 MΩ input adapter is required.
