The Agilent/Keysight 1161A is a miniature passive oscilloscope probe engineered for general-purpose measurements on compatible Infiniium oscilloscopes. Its small, rugged construction combines a no-slip tip with crown point geometry and a Kevlar-reinforced cable, delivering durability in field environments. The probe integrates with the Agilent AutoProbe interface, which automatically configures oscilloscope settings to match probe specifications—eliminating manual setup and reducing measurement uncertainty.
