The Keysight 16196D is a parallel electrode SMD test fixture engineered for precise impedance characterization of miniature surface mount devices. It accommodates 0402 metric (1005 imperial) components measuring 0.4 ± 0.02 mm × 0.2 ± 0.02 mm × 0.11 to 0.22 mm, enabling direct measurement of individual SMDs or board-mounted parts.
