The Agilent/Keysight 33330C is a broadband coaxial diode detector for signal detection and power monitoring across microwave and millimeter-wave frequencies. Built around a Low-Barrier Schottky (LBS) diode, it requires no external bias and operates without active amplification, making it ideal for integration into automated test systems and OEM instrumentation.
This detector delivers stable performance from 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz with exceptional frequency response flatness: ±0.6 dB from 10 MHz to 20 GHz, and ±1.5 dB to 26.5 GHz. Octave band flatness reaches ±0.2 dB to 8 GHz. Input matching is optimized across the band, with VSWR of 1.2 from 10 MHz to 4 GHz, 1.5 from 4 to 18 GHz, and 2.2 from 18 to 26.5 GHz.
