The Agilent/Keysight 66104A is a 150 W DC power module engineered for integration into the 66000A Power System Mainframe. This modular unit delivers programmable output from 0 to 60 Vdc at 0 to 2.5 A, making it ideal for automated test equipment (ATE) and production test environments requiring stable, low-noise power delivery. Programming accuracy reaches 0.03% + 27 mV for voltage and 0.03% + 1.2 mA for current at 25°C ±5°C. The module exhibits exceptionally low ripple and noise—9 mV rms (15 mV peak-to-peak) for voltage and 1 mA rms for current across the 20 Hz to 20 MHz band. High-accuracy read-back of voltage and current is available via GPIB interface.
