The Keysight E2695A is a differential probe head accessory designed for InfiniiMax 1130 series probe amplifiers. It converts SMA-fixtured differential signal pairs into single-channel oscilloscope measurements, eliminating the need for on-scope channel subtraction and delivering superior common-mode rejection. The probe head comprises a PCB with SMA input connectors on one side and GPO connectors on the other, interfacing directly with 1130 series amplifier inputs.

Calibration on Agilent Infiniium oscilloscopes requires unplugging and re-plugging the probe amplifier, connecting only the ‘+’ input to the calibrator output.
