The Keysight E2695A is a differential probe head accessory designed for InfiniiMax 1130 series probe amplifiers. It converts SMA-fixtured differential signal pairs into single-channel oscilloscope measurements, eliminating the need for on-scope channel subtraction and delivering superior common-mode rejection. The probe head comprises a PCB with SMA input connectors on one side and GPO connectors on the other, interfacing directly with 1130 series amplifier inputs.

The E2695A is compatible with InfiniiMax 1130 series probe amplifiers and operates with the following amplifier models: N2830/1/2A, N2800/1/2/3A, 1168/9B, and 1130/1/2/4B. Calibration on Agilent Infiniium oscilloscopes requires unplugging and re-plugging the probe amplifier, connecting only the ‘+’ input to the calibrator output.
