The Agilent/Keysight N2260A is a high-density, reconfigurable multiplexer module engineered for production test automation. It integrates with the 3499A/B/C Switch/Control Systems and supports both SCPI and 3488A operation modes. The module delivers flexible channel architecture: configure it as an 80-channel 1-wire MUX, a 40-channel 2-wire MUX, dual independent 20-channel 2-wire MUXs, or a single 20-channel 4-wire MUX. Armature latching relays provide 10^8 mechanical cycles and <3 µV thermal offset for precision measurements.
