The Keysight N2851A is a QuickTip probe head engineered for InfiniiMax I and II probe amplifiers, delivering high-speed signal acquisition through magnetic quick-connect capability. It enables rapid, repeatable probing of multiple test points without mechanical latches, making it ideal for confined spaces and extreme-temperature environments including thermal chambers. When paired with the InfiniiMax 1169A amplifier and N2849A tips, the N2851A achieves bandwidth to 12 GHz.
