The Keysight N4696D is a 2-port electronic calibration module engineered for rapid, automated calibration of Keysight vector network analyzers. It eliminates the connection overhead and mechanical wear associated with traditional calibration kits by performing electronic calibration via firmware control—all through a single connection to the instrument. The module features 7 mm connectors and operates across 300 kHz to 18 GHz. An optional 0DC configuration extends the frequency range to DC, enabling broadband device modeling and time-domain signal integrity measurements. Control is direct from the network analyzer over USB, and calibration standards are traceable to the National Metrology Institute.
