The Keysight N5260A Millimeter-Wave Controller extends PNA series network analyzer frequency capabilities into the millimeter-wave spectrum. It interfaces between millimeter-wave test head modules and PNA network analyzers equipped with Option H11, enabling full S-parameter measurements at frequencies up to 110 GHz. The controller supplies RF and LO signals to test head modules, receives down-converted reference and test IF signals for PNA processing, and provides +12 volt bias to each connected head module. When integrated with a 67 GHz PNA (E8361A/C with Option H11) and specific options (110, 120, or 130), the system achieves single-sweep operation across 10 MHz to 110 GHz, supporting W-band testing and advanced communication system characterization.
