The Keysight N9029AV01 is a millimeter-wave signal analyzer frequency extension module that extends Keysight X-Series signal analyzers into the sub-terahertz region. Manufactured by Virginia Diodes, Inc., this WR1.0 waveguide-band module delivers high-sensitivity broadband frequency down-conversion across 750 to 1100 GHz, with optional frequency up-conversion capability via the UDC option. When paired with X-Series analyzers equipped with the External Mixer Option (EXM), the N9029AV01 enables direct frequency and amplitude display while maintaining low conversion loss and excellent noise performance for demanding millimeter-wave measurements.
