The Keysight N9029AV01 is a millimeter-wave signal analyzer frequency extension module that extends Keysight X-Series signal analyzers into the sub-terahertz region. Manufactured by Virginia Diodes, Inc., this WR1.0 waveguide-band module delivers high-sensitivity broadband frequency down-conversion across 750 to 1100 GHz, with optional frequency up-conversion capability via the UDC option.
