The PP0003A is a 1 GHz passive probe engineered for high-frequency measurements on Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes equipped with the AutoProbe I interface. This Hi-Z+ series probe delivers passive probe simplicity with active-grade performance, combining low input capacitance (less than 4 pF) and minimal loading for accurate signal acquisition. The rigid MMCX tip measures 5 mm across, enabling access to densely populated test points and compact device geometries.
