The Keysight UXR0804A is an Infiniium UXR-Series real-time oscilloscope built on Indium Phosphide (InP) process technology for signal integrity applications demanding exceptional performance. It delivers 80 GHz of analog bandwidth across four full-bandwidth channels, with upgrade capability to 110 GHz. The instrument acquires data at 256 GSa/s on all channels with up to 2 Gpts of memory depth per channel and 10-bit ADC resolution.
