The Amada Miyachi / Unitek Miyachi Uniflow 2 Pulsed Thermode Control is a precision power supply engineered for controlled thermal processes including heat staking, heat sealing, and hot bar soldering. It delivers sophisticated command over temperature, time, and pressure parameters to achieve consistent, repeatable results in electronics assembly and medical device manufacturing. The system features front panel controls with an LCD display for operator programming and real-time status monitoring of process conditions and alarm states.
Technical Specifications
Three control models address different application requirements:
• Model 1-292-01: 120 VAC input, 2 KVA output heating capability, supports thermodes up to 2.3″ (60 mm), 24 VAC valve outputs
• Model 1-292-01-01: 240 VAC input, 4 KVA output heating capability, supports thermodes up to 4″ (100 mm), 24 VAC valve outputs
• Model 1-292-01-02: 240 VAC input, 4 KVA output heating capability, 24 VDC valve outputs
Input power operates from 100 to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, maximum 16 Amp draw. Heating output scales from 2 KVA to 4 KVA depending on thermode size requirements. Valve outputs are switchable between 24 VAC and 24 VDC configurations per model.
