The Anritsu 36585K Precision AutoCal is a fully automated 2-port calibration system for Anritsu vector network analyzers, delivering 12-term error correction across 70 kHz to 40 GHz. Operating with K-type (2.92 mm) connectors, this module employs automatic transfer calibration based on LRL (Line-Reflect-Line) principles, offering superior corrected characteristics over manual SOLT methods. The system minimizes parasitics through advanced high-frequency switching technology, reducing loss and improving matching performance.

– Compatibility & Integration
Designed for Anritsu VectorStar Family VNAs and MS4640A Series units. Compatible with MS4645B or MS4647B VNAs using adapters. Not compatible with original 360, 37xxx Series, or MS462xx Series VNAs. Anritsu guarantees published specifications only with Anritsu-characterized AutoCals. Customer re-characterization is supported via the MS4640A VNA. Control is managed through the host VNA; legacy units may employ RS-232 or GPIB (IEEE 488.2) interfaces.
