Built for precision RF measurements and component characterization, it combines ultra-low SSB phase noise with flexible sweep architecture and programmable frequency agility—making it essential for signal integrity analysis, ATE systems, and laboratory-grade signal simulation.

• Step sweep: 1 to 10,000 steps with phase-locking at each step; minimum step size 1 kHz (0.1 Hz with Option 11)
• Manual sweep with user-selectable step count or step size
• Alternate sweep between two independent ranges with different power levels
