The Anritsu MS4642B is a 2-port vector network analyzer operating from 10 MHz to 20 GHz, expandable to 4 ports with optional measuring units. It delivers up to 142 dB dynamic range and +14 dBm available source power for precision RF and microwave device characterization. Built on the VectorStar platform, the MS4642B combines S-parameter measurement, advanced pulse analysis, and differential device testing in a single instrument.
