The Anritsu MS4623B is a 2-port Vector Network Analyzer delivering S-parameter measurement and linear RF device characterization from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. Part of the Scorpion Vector Network Measurement System family, it separates incident, transmitted, and reflected waves to compute reflection and transmission coefficients with 125 dB dynamic range. The instrument sweeps frequency to acquire amplitude and phase data across specified bands, supporting N, K, 3.5 mm, and SMA connectors via AutoCal calibration modules.
