The Curtiss-Wright/Systran SL100 is a 66 MHz FibreXtreme Serial FPDP CMC module engineered for high-bandwidth, low-latency data transfer in rugged sensor-to-DSP systems. This Common Mezzanine Card supports Serial FPDP (sFPDP) per ANSI/VITA 17.1-2003 and Parallel FPDP per ANSI/VITA 17-1998, enabling efficient data acquisition, processing, and distribution without CPU overhead. The module extends FPDP connections up to 50 km and integrates a hardware DMA engine with 256 Mbytes of on-board DDR2 SDRAM for sustained throughput optimization.
