The EXFO FTB-400 Universal Test System is a modular, field-deployable platform for optical, Ethernet, and transport layer network testing. Four configurable slot architectures—2, 4, 7, and 8-slot—accommodate single-slot interchangeable modules, enabling technicians to perform installation, troubleshooting, and certification across multi-technology environments. The 8-slot configuration supports over 1000 testing combinations and houses any FTB test module for complete dispersion characterization on a single unit.
