This modular unit routes a single input across 12 independent output ports, supporting both singlemode and multimode fiber with typical insertion loss of 0.5 dB (singlemode) and 0.7 dB (multimode). Operating across the 1290 nm to 1650 nm wavelength range, the switch delivers switching times of 30 ms per channel plus 425 ms debouncing, with repeatability of 0.02 dB over 100 cycles. Backreflection reaches –55 dB typical with APC connectors, while crosstalk measures –60 dB typical. The unit accepts input power up to +24 dBm and is rated for a minimum 1 billion switching cycles.
