Operating from 10 MHz to 50 GHz (extendable to 110 GHz with optional millimeter-wave source modules), this instrument provides 1 Hz frequency resolution, calibrated output power down to −110 dBm, and exceptional signal purity through indirect synthesis architecture. It excels in microwave circuit testing, communication receiver characterization, radar simulation, and automated test system integration.
