This dual-channel instrument delivers vector measurements of reflection, transmission, gain, insertion loss, return loss, group delay, and phase deviation with up to 110 dB dynamic range and 25 µs measurement speed. The integrated synthesized source generates -40 dBm to +20 dBm output with 1 Hz resolution and ±10 ppm frequency stability. Measurement accuracy reaches ±0.05 dB at 300 kHz–2 GHz and ±0.09 dB at 2–6 GHz, supported by an 8.4-inch color TFT LCD display and interpolative error correction for flexible recalibration. Time-domain analysis, test sequencing, and vector accuracy enhancement enable rapid characterization of filters, amplifiers, transmission lines, and RF components. The instrument integrates GPIB, LAN, RS-232, and VGA interfaces for remote operation and data exchange. Benchtop form factor with 50 ohm input impedance and -85 dBm typical noise floor (reflection).
