It delivers stable, traceable resistance values across a wide range with ±(0.05% + 15 mΩ) accuracy after zero subtraction, meeting stringent IEEE specifications. The instrument combines local front-panel thumbwheel control with remote IEEE-488.2 operation for seamless integration into automated test systems.

• **Accuracy:** ±(0.05% + 15 mΩ) after zero resistance subtraction, 4-terminal “true-ohm” measurement at 23 °C, SI-traceable
