Operating from DC to 3.0 GHz across 50 Ω impedance, it delivers step attenuation via programmable relay-based cells, each containing a double-pole, double-throw switch selecting between minimum-loss and attenuated signal paths. Control interfaces include parallel TTL/CMOS mode for single-unit applications and SmartStep® serial bus architecture for multi-device integration into larger test systems.
