The Keithley 2015 is a 6.5-digit digital multimeter engineered for audio analysis and precision electrical measurement. This dual-line display instrument combines high-accuracy DMM functionality with dedicated audio testing capabilities—measuring Total Harmonic Distortion (THD), THD+Noise, Signal-to-Noise and Distortion Ratio (SINAD), and frequency across the 20 Hz to 20 kHz audio band. DC voltage accuracy reaches 0.003%, while 4-wire Kelvin resistance measurement spans 200 Ω to 100 MΩ at 0.05% accuracy. The instrument supports True RMS AC measurements, multiple temperature sensor types (RTD, thermistor, thermocouple), and GPIB remote control via IEEE-488 interface.
