Keithley 2016-P Audio Analyzing DMM with 9V Source Output

The Keithley 2016-P is a 6½-digit audio analyzing DMM that combines standard multimeter measurement capabilities with specialized audio analysis for equipment testing, quality control, and R&D applications. The instrument delivers dual audio analysis and signal sourcing: measure THD, THD+Noise, SINAD, individual harmonic magnitudes (up to 64), and noise across the 20Hz–20kHz band using five industry-standard bandpass filters; simultaneously source precision sine waves from 10Hz to 20kHz at amplitudes up to 9.5Vrms single-ended or 19Vrms differential. Low residual distortion of -87dB enables accurate stimulus-response characterization. Full DMM functionality spans DC/AC voltage and current, 2-wire and 4-wire resistance, frequency, period, temperature, dB, and diode testing, all at up to 2000 readings/s and 50 measurements/s. True RMS conversion, auto-ranging, and comprehensive limit testing (Min/Max, Rel, Average, %) support rapid bench and automated test workflows.
