The Keithley 2790-HH SourceMeter Switch System combines high-voltage sourcing, precision measurement, and multi-channel switching in a compact modular instrument. Engineered for automated functional testing, it delivers programmable voltage (50V to 500V) and current (0 to 50mA) sourcing with integrated DMM capability and switching matrices supporting up to 40 channels. Ideal for automotive ignition systems, connector validation, and complex harness characterization where simultaneous source and measure operations are required.
