The Keithley 4225-PMU Ultra-Fast Pulse Measure Unit is a high-speed semiconductor characterization instrument that generates fast voltage waveforms while simultaneously measuring current and voltage with nanosecond-level timing precision. It integrates pulsed sourcing with transient waveform capture, enabling accurate analysis of non-volatile memory, CMOS devices, and compound semiconductors without self-heating artifacts.
