The Keithley 8007-MTC-3 is a triaxial cable assembly that provides twelve signal pathways for connecting to the Keithley Model 8007 Semiconductor Test Fixture. Six assemblies are required to utilize all 72 input/output pathways of the test fixture. Each 3-meter cable assembly features a mass-terminated connector on one end and a male triax connector on the other, delivering low-noise, high-impedance connections for precision semiconductor testing and characterization.
