The Keithley Instruments 2499-DIGIO Calibration Fixture expands the digital I/O capabilities of compatible SourceMeter instruments through 16-bit digital output operation. This fixture enables precise calibration and external device control while maintaining data integrity in automated test environments. It connects directly to the digital I/O port via DB-9 connector and routes signals to external circuits through a standard DB-37 connector.
