The Keysight (Agilent) 1156A Active Probe delivers 1.5 GHz bandwidth for high-speed signal acquisition on compatible Infiniium and InfiniiVision oscilloscopes. Its high input impedance (100 kΩ) and minimal input capacitance (0.8 pF) reduce circuit loading, enabling accurate measurements of high-frequency signals. The AutoProbe Interface provides automatic oscilloscope configuration, streamlining setup and measurement workflows.
