The Keysight (Agilent) 11970K Waveguide Harmonic Mixer extends spectrum analyzer frequency coverage into K-band, operating from 18 to 26.5 GHz. Built on a dual-diode architecture, this mixer delivers flat frequency response and low conversion loss without requiring external DC bias or tuning adjustments. Operation is straightforward: no manual recalibration or system reconfiguration is needed for standard measurements.
The mixer accepts LO power between 14.5 and 16 dBm, with acceptable operation between 14 and 18 dBm (±1 dB specification adjustment). LO frequency range is 3 to 6.1 GHz. IF output extends from DC to 1300 MHz, enabling direct connection to baseband measurement equipment.
