The Keysight 53220A is a 350 MHz universal frequency counter/timer engineered for high-precision measurements across R&D, manufacturing, and service environments. Two 350 MHz input channels deliver 12-digit/second frequency resolution and 100 picosecond time interval resolution, with an optional third channel extending capability to 6 GHz or 15 GHz. The instrument combines rapid measurement speed—up to 75,000 frequency readings/sec and 90,000 time interval readings/sec—with comprehensive acquisition functions including frequency, period, pulse width, rise/fall time, duty cycle, phase, and totalize measurements.
