The Keysight (Agilent) E2678A InfiniiMax single-ended/differential socketed probe head delivers high-bandwidth access to devices under test through a plug-on socket connection. Part of the InfiniiMax probing system, this probe head enables both single-ended and differential voltage measurements with minimal loading, making it well-suited for integrated circuit and circuit board characterization. The E2678A integrates with Keysight InfiniiMax probe amplifiers and Infiniium oscilloscopes equipped with AutoProbe interface support.
