Its dual-path architecture—separate low and high power measurement channels—delivers calibration factor uncertainty of 1.7% to 2.2% across the low power path and 1.8% to 3.4% across the high power path, depending on frequency and operating temperature.

The sensor measures average power from −60 dBm (1 nW) to +20 dBm (100 mW) continuously, with peak power handling to +33 dBm (2 W) for pulse widths under 10 µs. Measurement throughput reaches 400 readings per second. A Type-N male connector ensures standard RF integration. Standing wave ratio performance ranges from 1.13 to 1.20 across the operating band. On-board EEPROM stores calibration factors, linearity data, and temperature compensation coefficients for autonomous operation and traceability.
