The Keysight/Agilent/HP 5384A is a dual-channel frequency counter delivering precise measurements from 10 Hz to 225 MHz using interpolar-enhanced reciprocal counting architecture. Channel A covers 10 Hz to 100 MHz with 15 mVrms sensitivity (50 Hz–100 MHz) and 25 mVrms sensitivity (10 Hz–50 Hz). Channel B extends the range to 225 MHz with 10 mVrms sensitivity (50 MHz–200 MHz) and 15 mVrms sensitivity (200 MHz–225 MHz). The instrument resolves up to 9 digits per second and features programmable alphanumeric LCD display with variable digit selection (3 to 11 digits).
