The Keysight N2863A is a 10:1 passive probe engineered for general-purpose oscilloscope measurements across DC to 300 MHz. It delivers a 1.16 ns rise time with 10 MΩ input resistance, minimizing circuit loading during signal acquisition. The probe features dual low- and high-frequency compensation adjustment (5–30 pF range) to optimize accuracy across its operating bandwidth. A 1.2 m cable with BNC connector provides convenient integration into standard test setups.
