The Keysight UXR0802A is an 80 GHz real-time oscilloscope engineered for high-speed signal characterization, offering exceptional fidelity and deep analytical capability. Built on Indium Phosphide process technology, this two-channel instrument combines a 10-bit ADC, 256 GSa/s sample rate, and up to 2 Gpts memory per channel to capture and analyze complex high-speed phenomena. Inter-channel jitter measures less than 10 fSrms, while rise/fall times of 5.6 ps (10-90%) and 3.9 ps (20-80%) enable precise timing measurements. A dedicated measurement acceleration ASIC delivers up to 100x faster performance on certain measurements, with 5 trillion integer operations per second processing power. The platform ships with High-Speed Serial Data Analysis and Clock Recovery included, supported by 960 GB enterprise-grade removable SSD storage. Part of Keysight’s 7th generation Infiniium portfolio, the UXR0802A scales to 110 GHz bandwidth and supports AutoProbe III connectivity.
