The Lambda/TDK EMI TCR20S50-2-D is an SCR phase-controlled regulated DC power supply engineered for industrial and commercial applications demanding stable, low-ripple DC output. This 1000 W unit delivers 0–20 V and 0–50 A with constant voltage and constant current regulation, automatic crossover between modes, and RFI reduction 1000× better than previous SCR designs, meeting VDE 875 Level N and VDE 871 Level A. The supply accepts 208/220/230 VAC three-phase input (190–253 VAC operating range, 47–63 Hz) and operates continuously from 0°C to 40°C. Fan-cooled with horizontal ducted airflow, it features high efficiency, low output ripple, and optional overvoltage protection. Output voltage and current temperature coefficients are 0.02%/°C and 0.03%/°C respectively. Dielectric withstand ratings reach 2500 V rms primary-to-secondary and chassis. Supports series/parallel master/slave operation for expanded power delivery. Top cover access simplifies maintenance of control circuits, magnetic components, rectifiers, and filter capacitors.
