The Lauterbach LA-7693 is a legacy trace port recorder delivering 2 Gigabyte of trace memory with streaming rates up to 180 MByte/s. Designed for advanced embedded system debugging and tracing, it integrates with PowerDebug X51/X50, PowerDebug PRO, or PowerDebug II platforms via a suitable trace preprocessor or Nexus Adapter. The unit supports extension through Logic-Analyzer-Probe (LA-7945) or Analog-Probe (LA-7949) modules.
The LA-7991 preprocessor handles ARM-ETM and PTM (Program Trace Macrocell) signals at 350 MHz clock speed with 4x trace depth. Its AUTOFOCUS self-calibration technology automatically optimizes signal acquisition across all ETM modes. The preprocessor accommodates variable threshold levels and termination voltage, supporting logic levels from 1.8 V to 3.3 V. Two MICTOR connectors enable connection to up to 32-bit trace ports for ARM11 architectures. The LA-7991 requires PowerTrace/Ethernet Version 6 or higher, or PowerTrace II/III systems.
