Its 10.4-inch color TFT-LCD touch screen (800 × 600 SVGA) delivers clear waveform visualization with high-speed capture at 2.5 GS/s single-shot or 50 GS/s RIS mode. The instrument captures 5 Mpts per channel across all channels and combines advanced triggering—including SMART Triggers, glitch, width, video pattern, dropout, runt, and slew rate detection—with 23 built-in measurements and optional serial data decode (SPI, I2C, UART, RS-232, LIN, CAN). WaveStream™ fast viewing mode provides analog-like display with high update rates ideal for jitter and anomaly observation.
