The LeCroy WaveSurfer 62Xs is a 600 MHz, 2-channel digital oscilloscope engineered for signal acquisition, circuit debugging, and waveform analysis. Dual-channel architecture with up to 2.5 GS/s single-shot sampling rate and RIS mode capability to 50 GS/s delivers high-resolution time-domain capture. The 10.4-inch color TFT-LCD touchscreen provides intuitive navigation and real-time waveform display.
