The LeCroy 9314AM is a four-channel, 400 MHz digital oscilloscope delivering 200k points of acquisition memory per channel and maximum simultaneous sample rates of 100 MS/s. Built for signal measurement and analysis across R&D and production testing environments, it combines deep memory with flexible triggering and waveform processing to capture and characterize complex signals with precision.
