The Marconi Instruments 2022D OPT 003 is a synthesized signal generator for RF development, production, and maintenance applications. It spans 10 kHz to 1 GHz with front-panel frequency entry and displays resolution to 10 Hz below 100 MHz and 100 Hz above. RF output ranges from -127 dBm to +13 dBm into a 50 Ω Type N female connector, with ±1 dB accuracy above -10 dBm and flatness better than ±0.5 dB across the full band. The instrument integrates an oven-controlled 10 MHz frequency standard with temperature stability better than ±0.05 ppm from 0 to 40°C.
