The Mountain Engineering & Technology ME-1002 is a short line simulator for telecommunications testing that replicates transmission line characteristics across standard copper and coaxial media. It enables accurate validation of output pulse mask compliance and receiver input sensitivity across multiple digital telephone standards. By eliminating physical wire spools and patch panels, the ME-1002 accelerates design cycles, testing, and field troubleshooting of DSX channel banks, office repeaters, and related equipment.
